Service Description
Delegates will gain transferable skills with a certificate of competency demonstrating their areas of ability in counselling skills which will transform the effectiveness of outcomes for the workplace. Individuals will obtain information, resources and skills which can be disseminated throughout departments in the workplace, promoting a cost-effective solution to training.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel courses, two weeks notice is required where you can receive 50% of paid fees refund. Any cancellations after 14 days a non-refund policy will apply. To cancel one off sessions, 7 days notice is required where you can receive 50% of paid fees refund. Any cancellations after 7 days a non-refund policy will apply.
