Service Description
You know how to listen, but can you listen without the need to respond? In this online, ten-week course you will learn the basic helping skills used to counsel individuals in an ethical, active and empathic manner. In doing so, you will also gain a greater sense of your personal needs and how to get those needs met in a fun, supportive and relaxed environment. This course will include role-play activities and weekly journal assignments to complete at your own pace, fitting easily around other life responsibilities. All are welcome and NO prior counselling skills or experience necessary.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel courses, two weeks notice is required where you can receive 50% of paid fees refund. Any cancellations after 14 days a non-refund policy will apply. To cancel one off sessions, 7 days notice is required where you can receive 50% of paid fees refund. Any cancellations after 7 days a non-refund policy will apply.
