Service Description
Do you have effective well-being support in place in your company? Or are you paying too much for external well-being programs for your staff? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then this program is for you! This workshop will train your chosen delegates to become skilled helpers whom effectively support staff well-being in the workplace. This workshop will provide your chosen delegates with the tools, training and experiential practice to effectively manage and support staff emotional well-being and complete their role as an in-house well-being leader. Training a delegate in this way will: - help to support existing well being programs in the workplace - reduce staff absence due to stress-related sickness or external support services - reduce long-term costs of staff training - provide access to online 'after-care' support for up to 3 months to increase well-being leader's confidence to work independently thereafter


Cancellation Policy
To cancel courses, two weeks notice is required where you can receive 50% of paid fees refund. Any cancellations after 14 days a non-refund policy will apply. To cancel one off sessions, 7 days notice is required where you can receive 50% of paid fees refund. Any cancellations after 7 days a non-refund policy will apply.
